It creates digital currency,issues digital credit,and redeems staked Velo tokens.It also rebalances staked Velo tokens.

It is a reserve pool to rebalance velo in staking address

## 4.     Stable Credit

It is used as an token collateral pool and is also the digital credit\`s smart contract
